When will my order ship?

Orders take 1-5 business days to be fulfilled. Once fulfilled they then take an estimated 3-5 business days to get delivered if you chose standard domestic shipping.

What payment method do you accept?

We currently accept the following credit cards on YYZ Apparel:

MasterCard, Visa, American Express, gift cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay

Your card is charged at the time of order confirmation.

What currency are the prices listed in?

Prices shown on YYZ Apparel are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

Can I cancel an order?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed and an order confirmation has been sent, we cannot cancel your order.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Currently, YYZ Apparel does not offer returns or exchanges on any products. Upon arrival, if there are any damages to your item(s) or you do not receive the correct items, contact us at info@yyzapparel.com within 48 hours of receiving your package so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible to receive a return authorization. All damaged or incorrect orders must be shipped back within one week of receiving the return authorization from our team. 

Why was my order partially shipped?

Your order may be shipped multiple parts for the reason that we may fulfill orders from multiple locations. You will receive shipping confirmations for the items shipped everytime a new label has been created.

What happens if my package is lost?

Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or missing packages but if you believe your package is lost, please email us through our contact page and we will launch an investigation with the respective carrier.
